FLOW
Our flow classes will have you bending, stretching, twisting, pushing and pulling with plenty of juicy delicious moves. In this feel good class you will learn lots of really cool pilates repertoire. All flow classes offer progressions and regressions, so you have the choice to spice it up or cool it down. It's a choose your own adventure, designed to enhance your strength, balance, flexibility and coordination.

-Experienced Vibers.
-Prenatal legends - make sure you let us know so we can make suitable prenatal friendly modifications for you in this class if needed.
JUMP
Jump classes are super fun! The addition of the jump board will get your body working from head to toe. Expect to challenge and improve your coordination, control, power and strength as you bounce away to some cool tunes. This action packed session aims to test your endurance with the added bonus of child-like giggles along the way.

DYNAMIC
Dynamic
Our dynamic classes are exactly that! High energy. A full body workout guaranteed to break out a sweat and get your blood pumping. Expect to move, groove, and burn in this high intensity cardio class that will leave you feeling invigorated and super strong. The addition of weights and funky props aims to build on strength and endurance.

-Experienced Vibers
-Not prenatal friendly
-If your a newbie to reformer pilates, our flow class may be a better place to start your journey.
